Refund Policy
We strive to provide all of our customers with an excellent experience; however we understand that sometimes refunds happen. Here is our policy on refunds
Services:
-We offer a 100% refund should we fail to complete any
service due to a fault on our own end.
-We do NOT offer partial refunds
for jobs that were not completed due to customer fault.
-We offer a full
refund for any service that has been paid for but not yet started.
Accounts:
-We offer full refunds for any accounts that we fail to
deliver within 72 hours of purchase.
-Accounts that are delivered and
unsatisfactory (for whatever reason) must be returned within 72 hours of
purchase for a full refund.
-Once the account is played on all sales are
final, we do not accept any refunds None of the preceding policies apply
to custom accounts.
-We do not offer ANY refunds custom made accounts
once they are delivered
Lessons:
-We offer fully refunds on your first lesson if you are not
100% satisfied We do not offer any refunds for additional lessons
